Our record grading is based on the US Goldmine standard and is presented in the format of VINYL/COVER.

NEW/SEALED (NEW):  Factory sealed.

MINT MINUS (M-):  Our highest grade.  The record and jacket will be in like-new condition.

EXCELLENT (EX):  There is only a very minor issue that prevents this from grading M-. 

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+):  There will be signs of use but no obvious defects or blemishes.  The record might have light inaudible scuffs or sleeve marks and the jacket could have some minor shelf or edge wear.  A VG+ grade represents a used but well cared for record.

VERY GOOD (VG):  The record might have audible surface noise or minor scratches but nothing severe enough to cause a skip or jump.  The jacket could have an obvious defect like heavier ring wear, a larger seam split or other noticeable issue.

We don't sell records that grade below VG.
